# Digest Notifications

Digest Notifications are another free notification type. This is a compilation of group activity, sent as an email. 

__The email will compile the following:__
* New posts made
* Replies to any of your posts
* Replies to any of your comments

The frequencies available are **hourly / daily / weekly**, and can be changed at the bottom of the email received.
