# How to Leave a Group


# How to Leave a Group
Members can leave a group anytime. 

### From the SocialGlow mobile app:
1. Navigate to the group or you want to leave.
* You can do this by clicking on that group name as it appears on your newsfeed.
* Or, click the **Groups** icon from the bottom taskbar.

2. Click on the group you want to remove yourself from.

3. Click the **3 Lines** symbol in the top corner.

4. Select **Leave Group.**

You will no longer have access to that group, although you are able to join again in the future using the same invite link/code for that group.

### From the website:
1. Navigate to the group or you want to remove yourself from. 
* [Log into your SocialGlow account](https://go.socialglow.com/login) on a computer.
* Click on the group you want to remove yourself from. 

2. Click the gear icon, beneath the group's title.

3. Select **Leave Group**.

You will no longer have access to that group, although you are able to join again in the future using the same invite link/code for that group.
