# Live Support Chat
We have someone available to help LIVE every day from 8am - 10pm Central Standard Time.

##### How to reach the Help Chat:
1. Go to [https://socialglow.com/ ](https://socialglow.com/)
2. Click the **Chat** icon in the bottom left corner. 

| This icon may appear either blue, or have a profile picture of one of the Support team available to assist you.

3. A Chat window will pop up, where you can ask us any questions you have.
