How to view a Contact's Favorites List / Wishlist

Whenever one of your group members save a post to their Favorites, it is added to their Favorites List.
You as an admin of that group will be able to view any product posts each group member has favorited. (We call this their Wishlist)

This can be helpful when following up with them to answer questions, or make personalized suggestions.

Note: Only favorited product posts will be shown in a group member's Wishlist.

You can view these Favorite Lists (or, Wishlists) from your SocialGlow dashboard.

There are 2 ways to view your group member's Favorites / Wishlists

From the Contacts tab:

Click Contacts from the menu of your SocialGlow dashboard.
Look to the far right for the column labeled Wishlist.



Click the blue number in that column to view the member's Wishlist



You can also view this from your Group list:

Click Groups from the menu of your SocialGlow dashboard.
You will see a column labeled Members. Click the blue number in that column to view a list of all members of that group.



Next you will see a column labeled Wishlist. Click the blue number in that column to view all product posts that member has favorited.
