How to Cancel your SocialGlow Subscription

Canceling a paid SocialGlow subscription


While we'd be sorry to see you go, we understand that this may not be the right tool for everyone's business.

If you're having trouble with something in your account, we have live support available every day from 8am - 10 pm Central and we'd be happy to help! Just click the Help bubble in the bottom right corner of your SocialGlow dashboard to chat with us.

Note: The following steps walk a paid subscriber through how to cancel a subscription. If you have a free guest account, there is no subscription with SocialGlow to cancel.

How to Cancel



Login to your account here: https://socialglow.com/

Click the Go to Dashboard icon in the top left of the page.



Click Profile Settings from your menu, then select the Cancellation tab.



Fill in the responses on that page, then click Cancel My Account button at the bottom of the page.



You will still have access to your account for the remainder of your trial or month most recently paid for, after which your account will be closed.



If you'd like to resubscribe at a later date, you can log back into your account anytime and update your information.
