All About Contacts
The Contacts section of your dashboard is similar to an address book of all members who have joined any of your groups.
Locate and View your Contacts
- From your SocialGlow dashboard, select Contacts.
Anyone who is or has been a member of any of your SocialGlow groups will automatically be listed here. This includes:
- Their name
- Their phone number (if they had provided it)
Contact Features
- Contacts are listed in alphabetical order, by first name.
- Tags can be used to filter your contacts in a way you can easily organize them.
- Notes is where you can jot down any short memo you want to remember about that contact.
- The groups each contact is a member of will be listed under the Groups column.
- Track a contact's activity.
- The Delete icon to the far right of a contact removes them from all groups, and your contact list. This cannot be undone.
TIP: Use the Search function at the top of the page to narrow down your contacts by name, tag, or note.
