Live Support Chat
We have someone available to help LIVE every day from 8am - 10pm Central Standard Time.
How to reach the Help Chat:
Go to https://socialglow.com/
Click the Chat icon in the bottom left corner.
This icon may appear either blue, or have a profile picture of one of the Support team available to assist you.
A Chat window will pop up, where you can ask us any questions you have.
Note: If you have a question outside our staff hours of 8am - 10pm CST, feel free to leave a message there and we'll reply first thing in the morning!
