How to change your SocialGlow profile settings

This includes your name and email address your SocialGlow account is under.

Note: You can change your name from both the website and the mobile app. However, if you want to change the email address your account is under, this can only be done via the SocialGlow website.

From the SocialGlow website:

Login to your account from the website.

Click your profile picture from the top right corner.



Select Profile Settings.



This will open a new window. You can change your first name, last name, and/or email address from here.



Note: The email address can only be changed from the website view, not the mobile app.

Click Save.

From the SocialGlow mobile app:

Login to your account, from the mobile app.

Click profile picture in the top right corner.



This will open your profile settings. Click the edit icon indicated below:



Type in your preferred name. This is automatically saved, and your updated name will now be shown instead of the original name used.

Note: The email address can only be changed from the website view, not the mobile app.
