Edit or Cancel a Recurring Donation

Review donations and subscriptions

You are able to review any transactions made, and edit/cancel any active recurring subscriptions.



Managing your recurring subscriptions must be done from the website (not the mobile app). To do this, please follow the steps below:



  1. Log into your SocialGlow account.


  1. Open your menu at the top of the page, and select EGiving.




  • From here, you can manage any recurring donations scheduled, view your donation history, and view/edit your payment method.




  • Use the Manage Giving option under the Recurring Giving tab to make any changes to or cancel your upcoming scheduled donations.
