Account and Profile Settings

This is an overview of the account and profile settings available on your SocialGlow dashboard.

Navigate to Settings


  1. Log in to your SocialGlow account from the website (not the mobile app).


  1. Click the Go to Dashboard icon in the top corner of the page.



  1. Select Settings from the dashboard menu.



Account Settings


  1. Select the Account Settings tab near the top of the page.



A series of tabs appear here, with the following menus:
Click on any of the titles below for more information on that topic


  • Billing - view or change your payment information | cancel subscription
  • Credits - manage your credits for SMS text notifications
  • Buttons - create links buttons used frequently in your groups
  • Integrations - connect to the apps Zapier or ConvertKit
  • Custom Branding - brand your groups with your custom color and logo
  • Manage Users - add account managers to assist with your SocialGlow account and groups


Profile Settings


Select the Profile Settings tab near the top of the page.



From here, you can edit or add the following:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Title
  • Email address your account is under
  • Timezone (This is the default that will show when creating your groups)
  • Password
  • Profile Picture


Once you're finished editing, be sure to click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
