Set your mobile devices' preferences to allow notifications


This article walks you through making sure your Android phone or tablet will receive notifications when new activity occurs in the groups you're a part of.

Note: The exact visuals shown below may vary slightly from what you see on your own device. This is due to the differences in each device. However, the general steps given should be similar to your Android device.

Follow the steps below, in the order given. A visual is just below that may be helpful as well.

Look through the apps on your device. Locate and click on Settings.

Scroll through the list and click on Apps.

Scroll through this next list and click on SocialGlow.

Click where it says Notifications, near the top.

Make sure the toggle for Allow Notifications is set to ON.



This ensures your device is set up to receive any notifications from the SocialGlow mobile app.
