Posting a Video Link

Video links can be posted directly to your group from both the mobile app, and via the group room from your browser.
They can also be scheduled to post at a later time, from your dashboard.

The video link used needs to be from a public space, like YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, (etc). Your guests won't be able to view a video behind any privacy settings.

Mobile App (post now)

Navigate to the group you want to post to
Log in to the SocialGlow mobile app
Click the second icon in the bottom taskbar (shown in image below)
From the list given, select the group to which you want to post



Create a New Post
Click the orange Pencil Icon in the lower corner
In the message box, type or paste the video link you want to post. The link will show in black right now, but will be a blue clickable link once posted. You can add any additional message to the post as well.
Click the Arrow icon in the top corner to publish immediately.

Most videos links will generate a picture preview that will show once posted.

Website/Browser (post now)

Navigate to the group you want to post to.
Log in to your SocialGlow account from the website (https://socialglow.com/)
Click the Switch to SocialGlow button in the top corner
From the list given, select the group to which you want to post

Create a New Post
Go to the New Post section near the top of that page
In the message box, type or paste the video link you want to post. The link will show in black right now, but will be a blue clickable link once posted. You can add any additional message to the post as well.
Click the Post button to publish immediately.

Most videos links will generate a picture preview that will show once posted.

Website/Browser (schedule post)

Navigate to the group you want to schedule the video link to
Log in to your SocialGlow account from the website (https://socialglow.com/)
Select Groups from the dashboard menu
Click the name of the group you want to post to

Create a New Post
Click the Add New Post button at the top of the page
In the message box, type or paste the video link you want to post. The link will show in black right now, but will be a blue clickable link once posted. You can add any additional message to the post as well.
Finish selecting the Day, Time, and other preferences for that post
Click Create Post at the bottom of the page to save
That post will now show in the list of scheduled posts for that group. It will also show a picture preview that will publish along with that post.
