Leaderboard
If Gamification is enabled in a group, there will be a Leaderboard tab at the top of that group. This shows the top 3 members with the most points, and ranks all other members who have earned points in that group.
Each group member can view the actions that have earned them points by clicking the Ticket icon at the top of the the group.
This can be helpful if there are additional reasons you want to manually reward a member with points.
From your SocialGlow Dashboard, click Groups.
Click the number listed under the Participants column, beside the group the member is in.
Find the member's name on this list, and click the amount of points earned, under the Points column.
Click the Reward Points button.
Enter the amount of points you want to redeem, along with the reason you're rewarding these points.
Those points will immediately be added to that group member's point total.
As the Admin, you can redeem a group member's points for a reward of your choice.
This could be used a variety of different ways. Some examples of items your group members could earn with points :
A coaching session with you
Free shipping
A personalized plan in your field (ie: a fitness/financial/health plan)
Access to premium content
A discount on items you sell
While SocialGlow doesn't facilitate the physical exchange of any rewards at this time, we do provide the platform to use earned points for the digital transaction.
From your SocialGlow Dashboard, click Groups.
Click the number listed under the Participants column, beside the group the member is in.
Find the member's name on this list, and click the amount of points earned, under the Points column.
Click the Redeem Points button.
Fill in the amount of points you are redeeming, along with the reward they are receiving.
You'll want to be certain to physically send or fulfill the reward given.
Those points will immediately be deducted from their redeemable points - however, this will not affect their amount of points earned total (on the leaderboard).
