Manage your Group Members

Description of the management tools available within your group member dashboard


Navigate to your list of group members

  • From your dashboard menu, select Groups.
  • Locate the group you want to work on.
  • To the far right of that group's title, click the number listed below the Members column.



This will open a list of all members who have joined that group.


Available tools:

  • Share: Locate the group's sharable link and code.
  • Rename Roles: Assign custom title to the Admins, Moderators, and Members of the group.
  • Delete All Members: Use to remove all members from the group. This cannot be undone.
  • Member info: Name, email address, phone number (if provided), points earned, and amount of group interactions (views, posts, likes, comments)
  • RSVP Answers: View the answers a member made to any Membership Questions attached to the group.

(If the RSVP icon is grayed out, that person was a member of the group before the Membership Questions were added. )

  • Invite: Manually add the member to a different group.
  • Block / Ban / Remove / Mute: Various options to restrict a member.
  • Export: Export your member's information as a .csv file.
